Our Drum Mix Plant facility is for customers who don’t need to move often & still reap the benefits of faster & more economical setup. This are engineered as a set of modules transported by truck & bolted up at the site. Drum Mix plant is a continuous mixer in which heating of aggregates, its homogenous mixing and addition of set amount of Bitumen and Filler is done in the Drum itself. The Hot Mix Asphalt manufactured gets dispensed continuously into a truck or conveyed to a storage silo.

How our plant works
Bin feeders for storage of gravels & sand. Each hopper storage capacity is 2.5 m3 and is fitted with pneumatically operated gates. Integral weighing conveyor is suspended on 4 n o s. Electronic load cells for weighing of gravel & sand. Bin vibratory motor is fitted on one hopper meant for sand. This belt conveyor is fitted below the bins to collect the material & feed into the Inclined Belt Conveyor. This belt conveyor is suspended on 4 Load cells of higher accuracy with quick release type piping. An inclined belt conveyor is driven by powerful gear unit. This belt conveyor is supported on a heavy duty supporting structure with inlet & discharge Duct. This belt conveyor is feeding the material from Inline silo to waiting hopper which is fitted on the top of Mixer. Inclined walk-way with railing to access up to the top of conveyor. It consists of steel container of 2 m3 batch cap., supporting structure with pneumatic discharges gate. It is mounted on the top of mixer to hold the material (1 batch) received from Inclined belt conveyor and discharging into the mixer. for easy piping. All pneumatic piping’s are factory connected with quick opening type fittings. It consists of heavy duty structure made from channel and I beam section. At the platform level Mixer, Cement weighing hopper, Water weighing hopper & Additive units are fitted. Rubber belt type charging conveyor transfers with weighed gravels (aggregates) and sand from the weighing conveyor beneath the hoppers to the pan mixer unit. Hi Speed mixer with Screw Conveyer (American Design). Heavy duty steel is having 10 mm thick wear resistant replaceable liner plate and spring loaded paddle mixer arms with replaceable blades. Hydraulically operated gate facilitates the discharge of concrete mix from bottom of pan mixer on to the transit mixer or concrete pump. The drive to the mixing arm is through planetary gear box coupled with motor. Fully Insulated panel type cabin with wooden furnish & interiors, light etc. PLC based control panel. A Single Integrated Power & Control Panel with SCADA software with following features: Standard PLC based control with advance reporting system. Inbuilt serial printer interface Powerful recipe management (with unlimited Recipe storage)
